As the founder of 12 Minute Athlete — a fitness brand, book, and app that’s helped hundreds of thousands of people build strength and resilience — I know what it takes to turn a big idea into something that makes a difference. Through my writing and co-founding the Human Aliveness Lab, I’ve spent the past decade exploring what makes people feel energized, motivated, and inspired — and how to bring more of that into everyday life and work.
