I love this Krista! And it's so true. When we have something truly important, creative, and new to say, it's so easy to fall into doubts, but that's precisely when you know you're truly on to something. I had a similar experience. I doubted whether to write a book about OCD because it was so different and unsupported by what's out there but my passion said it's necessary to write. And I'm so glad I did. I suspect that you're actually on to something so important and new that that the internal critic is trying to mess with you--I, for one, can't wait to read you book. Thanks for sharing this wonderful, vulnerable, and passionate post!

You bet! And yes, the book is out. It's called The Upside of OCD: Flip The Script to Reclaim Your Life. I'm biased but it's a much more hopeful, inspiring read filled with not only case stories and cameos by myself but also the stories of some notable people you never realized struggled with OCD like Jack Antonoff, Charles Darwin, Mara Wilson, John Green, Nikola Tesla, and more. If you check it out, let me know how it reads to you. And yes, keep going--we need new, passionate ideas out in the world to enrich the conversation!!! Can't wait to check out your exciting new project too. :-)
