I distinctly love Positive Psychology and Poetry, no question about it! Ever since high school, I connected through Poetry, starting in my English class. My English teacher introduced us to Poetry; Specifically, there was a poetry book read in class, and had for homework purposes, as well. In addition, we had classes where the students, including myself, chose to read a poem that was written in advance of class. I ended up writing my first poem, in the end, and it was a meaningful, memorable experience.
When it comes to Positive Psychology, I was introduced to this field while I was studying in and taking a phenomenal course by Todd aka Todd Kashdan, Ph.D., called The Science of Well-Being/Character Strengths. One of the best enjoyed memories was learning about the science, reading scientific research literature, plus experiencing and embracing such opportunities for experiential wisdom.
Much appreciated and much deserved, Ms. Stryker! ☺️😊😀
